Salute to Music that Makes You Dumb
Did you see this chart yet? A Cal-Tech grad student took great pains (ok, it was probably easy as h-e-double-hockey-sticks) to figure out which rockstars correspond to high SAT scores. I love this chart because my score on the SAT almost corresponds perfectly with my favorite band The Counting Crows.
There are two things that amaze me about this chart:
- How incredibly accurate the information is in respect to the people I know. For instance, I know a lot of morons who love the bands in the below 1000 score

Was it great to watch Obama and McCain duke it out? Yes, of course it was. Was it particularly insightful, or groundbreaking? Hardly. Politics is treated like religion.
